Shaped Care & Support Services Ltd is committed to supporting our vulnerable service users the care and assistance required to promote their independence. Our service users will be assisted by specialist mental health support workers offering 24-hour assisted care service. Our mission is to offer our service users personalised care planning, risk management and mitigation, promoting health and wellbeing, escalating risks to relevant health and social care professionals to mitigate any further deterioration in both physical and mental health.
We provide extraordinary support to our service users to live more fulfilling and independent lives.
